I’m looking for a motivated, high-quality associate dentist to join our East Lansing office.

We’re a privately owned dental office, where you’ll be treated like a professional, not a number.

💰 What’s In It for You

Schedule: Monday–Thursday — enjoy real work/life balance

Compensation Package Includes:

• 30% of collections, with a sliding scale that increases as you help more patients (the more you help, the more you earn)

• Daily minimum: $600/day

• Earning potential: Up to $350,000/year (for a strong full-time producer)

• Pay: Twice a month, based on collections

• Signing bonus: $2,500 (some rules apply)

• Health insurance: 50% of the premium covered for your family (up to $2,500/year)

• Malpractice insurance: 50% reimbursed annually (up to $500/year)

• CE credit: $1,000 per year (non-rollover)

• PTO: 1 week after your first year ($100/day × 7 days)

• Equity opportunity: Ownership potential for the right long-term fit

We accept major PPOs and fee-for-service — no Medicaid or HMOs — so you can focus on exceptional dentistry, not insurance hurdles.

• Produces $8,000–$10,000/day comfortably

• Can handle 2–3 columns of hygiene checks with confidence

• Performs all aspects of dentistry — restorative, endo, prosth, surgery, and cosmetics

• Is a problem solver, not a problem creator

• Respects team members and contributes positively

• Is coachable, humble, and eager to grow

• Brings strong communication and emotional intelligence

• Wants to build something meaningful, not just collect a paycheck
